If for any reason you want to return your Meriel Bikini. Here are a few details about our returns:
We offer returns on all full priced items for store credit only
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
- The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags still attached. Please do not remove the hygiene liner and only try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons.
- The item was not purchased on sale or during a promotional sale. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
Please note: Due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive Store credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
- Email: Contact@merielbikini.com with your order number and name of items you wish to return
- We will email you a form to include in your returning parcel
- Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as Merielbikini will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
- Ship your parcel back to the address provided on the E-mail. We recommend you send your parcel back via trackable mail as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
- Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit which can be used storewide. Please note: it may take 1-4 business days to process and receive a store credit via email.
